If you and your partner have been trying to get pregnant for a period of one year or longer then you may wish to consult your doctor and ask about fertility assessment. Male infertility accounts for around forty percent of the 2.6 million couples who have tried without success to conceive a child here in the United States. Unfortunately around half of these men will never be able to father children. However, the rest of these men may be able to become fathers with the help of male infertility treatment.
