If you are a total couch potato, it probably isn’t a good idea to start with a physical fitness routine that is too extreme. You will not easily get in to it, and possibly will even injure yourself. Instead, you should start with something geared to your level. Start off with 10 minutes a day of fast walking. I guarantee that, if you are out of shape enough, that will be plenty to begin with. Then slowly move your standards up. Don’t push yourself too much to begin with, but as you get better, you can make your physical fitness routine more extreme. Know your limits, then break them.
