A lot of people don’t really understand their insurance policies and find it difficult to know just what they are and are not covered for specifically. It’s also not unusual for folks to take out cover on something, only to later find out they’re already covered for it on an existing policy. So before rushing out shopping for separate insurance cover for things such as dental work or Maternity Insurance Only Plans, make sure you take a bit of time to go through your current health insurance policy, and if it’s worded too complicated (as they often are), then get the insurance rep to go through it with you.
